The last six weeks have been quite a roller coaster but there has been a somewhat gentler vibe in the Sacred Earth office since we hit our initial target of £30,000 last week. With an offline investment of £1,000 yet to be added to our total, with three days still to go we’ve passed the £35,000 mark, only £5,000 away from our optimal target of £40,000. We have no idea whether, in the final flurry of pledges, we will hit that target, but we’re incredibly grateful to have got this far.
Knowing that we have the support of our community, not just locally but also nationally, is tremendously exciting and energising. We want to thank each and every one of you. Every single pledge and every single new member is important. We will be using all of the faith and the commitment you have order revia online shown us as a springboard from which to launch into the challenges ahead as we begin to roll out our business plan.
We’ve been very conscious throughout the share offer planning process and the campaign that our shares may cost too much for some of our supporters. It was not an easy decision to set the share price at £50 – a number of factors had to be taken into account.
We’ve been on the look out for ways our low income friends and family members can support us. Well, tomorrow sees the launch of the Local Giving Grow Your Tenner scheme. If you donate £10 to Sacred Earth via Local Giving, your £10 will be matched so Sacred Earth receives £20!
