Some of the new promotional material we’ve had printed to promote the share offer

2016 is a big year for Sacred Earth, possibly our biggest year so far. You may have heard we’re in the process of becoming a Community Benefit Society and will be running a community share offer in September to raise important funds to help us grow into our exciting new identity over the coming 12 months and beyond. If you share our deep and passionate desire to create a more open-hearted, inclusive, nature-connected, socially responsible culture then there’s a simple way you can help us begin to bring this into being at Sacred Earth.

We’re looking for supporters who are willing to become members of our “booster team”, people who are happy to agree in advance to invest and who we can count on to buy shares at one of two critical points in the campaign, either at the start (in order to get the campaign off to a flying start) or in the middle (when normally campaigns like this really tail off and go quiet).

We’re in the process of producing a share offer document which explains the nuts and bolts of the share offer, both in legal terms and with respect to our vision for the future. In the meantime we’d like to share with you our current business plan which will give you a first cheap doxycycline look at what we’re hoping to achieve. The business plan is a constantly evolving blueprint for our plans and as such we’d really value feedback and constructive criticism of this current version.

A community share in Sacred Earth will cost £50. You can buy as many shares as you like but you will only get one vote in community share holder votes at our AGM. As the business plan explains, we have a five year plan to achieve grant independence and so shares will not be withdrawable until we reach this five year milestone.

If you’d like to buy community shares in Sacred Earth on this basis, please get in touch with us with an indication of how much you’d consider investing. If for any reason you do not want to invest, either as a regular investor or a member of the booster team, we would still appreciate your help when the time comes to spread the word about the share offer. We’d also be really keen to find out more about your reasons for not wanting to invest so we can reflect on what we can do differently to attract more people to join the project.
